We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

Due to the natural and consumable nature of our honey products, returns are accepted only if:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product is defective

Return Window

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened jars
  • Used products
  • Products damaged by improper storage

Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
